We opened our crazy little shop in Brighton 5 years ago. We're proud of surviving these hard times as a little indie business! We really hope that you will support our small local shop and it's makers, and will enjoy mooching thru a selection of all the fabulous things we have found and made!

We support lots of amazing makers, have hunted the world for colourful, quirky treasures, and we make some unique pieces ourselves too.  We do hope you'll enjoy looking around. We only have a few of most things, sometimes only one, but there will be exciting new things appearing every week.

Barbary Lane has also always been about supporting and encouraging everyone to explore a bit and to have fun with accessories that really make you smile.  We do whacky thru to classy, it's all about your individual style. SO forget fashion trends, forget other's opinions and go for it.
