Returns

Please do contact us if you have any problems with your order.

We will happily accept returns. However, as a small company we ask that mail order returns are sent back to us within 30 days of receipt. Goods returned within 30 days will be refunded or exchanged as long as they are in a resaleable condition, without signs of use or wear.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Earrings and nose studs (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Underwear and hotpants

If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us first. We ask that you return the item(s) to us in its original condition. The item/s MUST be properly wrapped and packaged to protect it in transit, because if the item arrives broken we cannot then process the return. The consumer is responsible for the cost of shipping in these cases.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
